How to obtain the Trade-in Offer?

  1. Visit https://tradeupgo.com/ and enter details of the iPhone which you are intended to trade-in.

  2. Based on the device information provided, you will get an estimated trade-in value and a reference number (Please note that customer will get a rough indication only)

  3. Once the trade-in value is checked, please visit the pre-order portal and reserve your favourite iPhone 12 model (Pre-order link – www.preorder.dialog.lk)

  4. Download the below agreement and print it. (Stelacom Trade-In Agreeemnt.pdf)

  5. Once printed, fill in the details requested in the agreement. Get the document authorized from a higher authority at your company with a company seal.

  6. Once filled and sealed, please email the agreement to your Account Manager and he will advise you on the most suitable pickup location.

  7. Then you can visit the designated Dialog location along with the old unit that you need to use for trade-in offer.

  8. Customer Service Associate will evaluate the physical condition of the device and offer the final trade-in value for the device. This value is final and cannot be changed.

  9. If customer agrees, need to sign a disclaimer to handover the old device.

  10. Customer Service Associate will raise an invoice for the new device and deduct the trade-in value as a manual discount. You can purchase the new device with below 2 methods.

  11. a) If you wish to pay the remaining amount after discount by cash or card, you could also opt to go for any credit card payment plans available. CV/Priority customers can use their CV discounts as well.

b) If you wish to pay the remaining amount after discount by MOU, the customer service agent will contact your Account Manager to deduct the balance from the necessary MOU.

Terms & Conditions

• Customer should be the legal owner of the returned device and it should be free and clear of any mortgage, pledge or any other charge.

• Returned device should be in good condition, without damage and functioning normally.

• Returned device has to be a unit purchased in Sri Lanka through Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) authorized channels.

• Returned device must not have been used in any criminal activity or for carrying on any illegal purpose.

• Customer should wipe all data from the device prior handing it over to claim the trade-in offer and units will be accepted on non-returnable basis.

• Dialog will not be responsible for any data stored/deleted from the device.

• Trade-in offer is limited to below mentioned iPhone models;

• Trade-in value offered at the pickup locations will be the final price and will not be amended under any circumstances.

• Customer must sign trade-in offer agreement to claim the benefit.

• Trade-in offer valid till 31st Jan 2021 only.
